2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account information
Name, email address, username, password hash, company name, billing details, account preferences, and support history.
Business and billing information
Company details, billing address, tax information where applicable, invoices, payment status, subscription plan, purchase history, and transaction metadata.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We generally do not store full card numbers. Payment processors may provide us with limited payment details such as payment status, card brand, last four digits, billing country, and transaction identifiers.
Usage information
Log data, IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, features used, timestamps, API requests, error logs, security logs, and diagnostic data.
Mobile app and game data
When you use a mobile app or game, we may collect app version, device model, operating system, language, region, crash and performance data, gameplay or progress data, virtual items, identifiers, push notification tokens, and information about permissions you grant, where applicable and permitted by the platform and law.
App marketplace and purchase information
If you purchase an app, game item, or subscription through Apple’s App Store or another marketplace, we may receive limited information such as a transaction or receipt identifier, product, subscription status, purchase date, country or region, and refund or entitlement status. We do not generally receive your full payment card number from the marketplace.
Customer Content
Data, files, text, images, prompts, outputs, emails, databases, websites, server data, configuration files, and other materials you submit, upload, store, transmit, generate, or process through our services.
Communication information
Messages you send to support, abuse, legal, sales, or privacy contacts, including attachments and related metadata.
Cookies and similar technologies

Our general web, SaaS, AI, hosting, and infrastructure services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those services.
